CONTRACTS

In an ideal word all contracts would be so framed as to maintain a fair balance between the parties; the purchaser of goods or services (including the borrower of money) would be fully cognisant of the terms and cost of his contract and all available alternatives; and there would be no undue pressure sharp practice or oppression by any party before or during the contract or after its termination. There is a variety of factors which militate against this Elysian condition.
