"I am buying a new property and I would like Ramin [team member Humphreys & Co] to act for me again.
This repeat request is based on the way he handled the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new one.
The latter is a new-build which required a 28-day exchange (or as close as). Thanks to Ramin, I achieved that – I bought my dream home and did not forfeit my £500 deposit. I am grateful with the way he understood the urgency of the deadline. His ability to understand the emotional pressures involved in a short exchange, and therefore to act as efficiently as possible to minimise any problems, helped make this potentially stressful event as smooth as possible.
Nor was attention to detail sacrificed in the process. Far from it. Ramin pointed out a discrepancy between the Land Registry’s borders and those of the developer.
