Former Banker Wins Settlement

A former investment banker who successfully sued Deutsche Bank for sexual discrimination and constructive dismissal yesterday agreed a confidential settlement with her former employers. In January [2000], Kay Swinburne won her case at Central London Employment Tribunal after claiming a senior manager had alleged she had an affair with a business contact. Deutsche Bank, which denied the claim but admitted the manager had made inappropriate remarks, said only that a confidential settlement had been agreed.
