The Technology and Construction Court

Known until 9 October 1998 as the Official Referees' Court, the Technology and Construction Court is one of the specialist courts of the Queen's Bench Division.

It is the specialist court of the construction industry with civil engineering disputes forming a significant part of its work. It is also the specialist court of the High Court which deals with complicated and technical civil disputes which are not within the province of any other tribunal.
